Animals o l’ambivalenza del predatore

«How much animality oozes through our humanity when we interact with others and how does it sneak into our ever increasing connection to surrounding electronic devices? “L’ambivalenza del predatore” investigates what is paramount to every human interactions, on the eve of what some predict as a “posthumanist” era. By considering a specific situation of predation from a choregraphic and theatrical perspective, we explore this fragile mixture of culture and animality that governs interactions, trying to capture the feeling of strange familiarity (Das Unheimliche) that we feel towards our own body».
